The missing teeth in
the lower arch are what needed replacing on the right side |

Her
new dental implants are a strong foundation for her new crowns. |

The lovely smile makes a
statement of confidence, drama and elegance. |

Once the non-salvageable
teeth were removed, dental implants were placed and later, crowns were
placed to reconstruct the bite. |

Pretreatment look at the
lower arch showing the extent of the missing teeth. The best thing Susan
had going was that the available bone for dental implants was excellent.
As time goes by, bone deteriorates and thins to the point where dental
implants cannot be placed without additional bone augmentation. |

The lower teeth after
reconstruction were strong, durable and much more attractive. Once
dental implants are placed, the deterioration of bone is generally
halted. Therefore, dental implants save bone and prevent acceleration of
old age. |

Her upper posterior teeth
needed one implant and several crowns also. The upper front teeth were
judged to be in good shape and attractive. |

We completed the dental
reconstruction for Susan using two main appointments and two minor
appointments. Sedation dentistry allowed her to breeze through her
longer, well-planned appointments. |

Before Treatment...not
the happy dental patient. Dental phobia kept her from attending to
routine dental needs until the point that they became severe. Many
people find themselves in this same situation. |

After
Treatment...completely relaxed and not fearful about dental procedures
any longer!

This panoramic x-ray
taken before surgery shows the missing tooth areas. Susan was fortunate
that she still had plenty of bone for her dental implants.
