The Problem: The patient was tired of her upper denture covering her palate, limiting her taste and being loose

Initial presentation: note the facial collapse that occurs with dentures that have been worn for many years. Upper teeth seem to sink into the upper lip and disappear.

The Solution: Four implants added retention to the upper denture so that we could eliminate the palatal coverage

Treatment completed with a Bicon titanium implants and a new over-denture plus three lower Bicon implants on the right side. Note the much improved facial esthetics.

Implant overdentures can be the most significant restorations that a denture wearer can can get. They stop the moving around of the denture. They add retention where it is most needed.
